He has been investigating and writing about ghosts and hauntings for over twenty years, and since 1982 has operated a series of informative tours of legendary and mystical Britain. He pioneered the London Ghost Walk(www.london-ghost-walk.co.uk), and in 1997 he wrote and presented the acclaimed Ironhill Pictures drama documentary "On the Trail of Jack the Ripper." Since then, he has appeared on the Mystery Channel, the Discovery Channel, and the History Channel's "History's Mysteries" and "Haunted History: London Special," for which he also acted as a location and historical adviser. He is the author of several books, including the highly successful Walking Haunted London. He lives in South Woodford, London.
