When it comes to leadership. This book is number 1. Now with the updated version, there is a part at the end of each chapter which instructs you in the ways where you can apply what has just been tought to you. If this book is used to it's fullest pottential, you will become a leaders leader. The type of person anyone would want to follow. Not to mention, this book is extremely easy to understand. I didn't have to read a paragraph a second time to make sure I interpreted the words correctly. A highly recommended read for anyone who wants to develop themselves into a successful leader in any organization.
